Lebanon is one of the best healthcare markets in the Arab region and has one of the better qualitieshigher quality health care sectors in the Middle East. In Lebanon, there are citizens who cannot access their basic right of havingto healthcare, this. This problem has existed for years,. the governmentGovernment and hospitals’hospital administrations are now attempting to attribute itthis healthcare inequality to the influx of Syrian refugees, to justify their not receiving patients in emergency departments. Hospitals claim that they are under pressure due to the large number of patients and the lack of available hospital beds.

The aim of this study is to analyze the patient access management
approaches used in Lebanese hospitals that targettargets low-income citizens, and its adverse effect on hospitalshospitals' overall productivity. The study will discuss different policies used by hospitals to manage the acceptance and admissionsadmission of patients into the hospitals, it.
