Get rid of stuff you don't need, use savings for a rainy day and have an envelope system in place...
School?.... Do not overload yourself with hours. Have a good and trust worthy study group. Work ahead if you can, and maintain a good GPA... Anyone can do this, if one doesn't let any thing stand in his or her way. No distractions!! I also learned a new method from a colleague of mine who lives in Hawaii, called ('The 5 minute task system'.)
