- Oversee all facets of BeLeaf's three main business units of the facility: cultivation, lab processing, and packaging & fulfillment as it relatesthey relate to scheduling, productivity, efficiency, inventory oversight, and management

- Collaborate with CEO to understand performance drivers and trends in their area, provide insights, make recommendations, and interpret new data & results

- Help customers and neurologists make the right choice/strain by knowing how different methods of hemp consumption affect our patients differently. Suggest dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced patients

- Ensure compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures and quality systems

- Evaluate current operational practices and recommend process improvements to ensure continued compliance to regulatory requirements and industry expectations.
