My team projected 72,140,000 intending to reach their individual cumulative target for the year. soSo far, we have achieved 7% of this projection.
Last week there was an increasedincrease in activities in terms of distributions and collections.
Our action plan has kick-started well as demand is beenbeing created and this act is yielding good resultresults for the early birds in my team, we. We got various LPO and orders from customers like Khadhir, Zumunchi, klen, New health, Hmedix and others by our Repsreps.
All my team members are currently working on increasing their customer strength by ensuring more demand is created in their individual territory. They also are working on improving their prescription drive around hospitals to create adequate demand for more consumption.
So far, I am following up on them to ensure they utilize all strategic means to achievingachieve their KRAs in all angleangles.
