This study aims to introduce the e-government in theory, And determining the basicsbasic factors for implementing e-government in citizen service centers in Damascus, And this in. This will be explored from many respectsperspectives, including the degree of development of knowledge awareness andand awareness, the level of development of the technological infrastructure development, Andand the difficulties that employees may face when implementing the project, andsubsequently determining the potential impact of these factors on administrative performance. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, 93 out of 100 questionnaires were analyzed distributed among the research community, which are employees working in several citizen service centers in Damascus, it is: the center of Yousef al-Azmeh Square, the center of old Damascus, the al-Midan center, and the Kafersousa center; 93 of which were analyzed. The questionnaire included three section, so that thesections based on a Likert enthusiasm scale. The first section containscontained demographic information about employeesthe employee, the second part is forcaptured the independent variable inon the application of e-government, and the third pert concernpart concerned the variable related to administrative performance. SPSS and an Excel programprograms were used for the analysis. purposes and it was based on Likert enthusiasm scale, And were manyMany statistical methods were usedapplied to analyze the data and hypotheses, including descriptive analysis, cronbach’s and Cronbach’s alpha test to measure the validity of the study and the T testa T-test for comparison. The study concluded with the mostfollowing important findings:
