The benefits of working this semester and every sesmester iI have worked during my experience in co-op have been wotremenderfoul s. iI was able to pay off my senior bills and also hsave money to save up for college. iI am so thankful for this oppeortunity, and iI wished iI woulhadn't waited till my senior year to get involved. cCommunication was a big part of my work experience. iI worked at a mMapco gas station and was faced with a lot of different challenges . sSome people came in upset dbecause to theire mMapco points were not working correctly or ifbecause we where out of gas or even the brand of tabobacco they wanted. eEven if you where up set at the things people would sayid, you would still have to keep a smile on your face and be respectful outf the sititauation . iI also had the pleasure of taking care of a deafth man i. wasAt first I was a little confused about ihow I was going to be able to communicate with him because iI didn't know any sign language at all, but he communicated with me through pointing and hand move ments. iI was thankful he was paitnient with me. tThat's why iI feel likethat communtication is an important part inof the work place . My plan for next isyear is i will beto attending aAlabama aA&mM uUniversity . iI have already been accpepted, and iI will be majoring in computer technology and electrical engineering. iI plan on being there all 4 years, and my first year iI will stay oin the dorms and contintunie to work part time.
