When I am assigned a project, I break it down into smaller tasks, and regularly review my progress. I hwave beens recently given a project in which I was supposed to coordinate design fofr a knowledge base for the Aart and Pperforming Aarts subjects. It was decided that the best way of working would be to capture knowledge about these subjects on the Hub. My task was to lead the team of five Ccustomer Ssupport Aadvisers in creating the content for the Hub. Each of CSA was responsible for their own subject. I have created a detailed plan, and listed all the tasks needed to complete the project in a table. Together with my manager, I decided on deadlines for each task;. I kept a record of the project development, and noted down every change to the original plan. In the final stage, I have proofread the content, and published the pages so that the project hwas been completed by the deadline.
