I CPS investigator, Sharrai Benavides, spoke with Mr. Jarratt today. Mr. Jarratt informed me that Breanna last saw her Primary Care Physician, Dr. Vinona Vohra, at Texas Children Pediatrics in April of 2016. He saysid that her next scheduled appointment with Dr. Vohra is on the 28th of June. Mr. Jarratt statesd that Breanna started her immunizations back in April with Humble Health Clinic. He stated that she needs 17 immunizations in total, and is due for her next round of immunization on June 14th, 2016. Mr. Jarrat saysid that after her June 14th visit, she would go back in the "8th month, 10th month, and 11th month" of this year before she is finished with all immunizations. Breanna visits the Harris County Public Health Environmental Services office located in the Humble Health Clinic for her immunizations. Mr. Jarratt saysid that, Breanna last saw Dr. Wilfred Castro Reyes back in April of 2016 as well; Dr. Reyes is a General Neurologist. Mr. Jarratt stated that on June 7th, Breanna went for a physical Ttherapy and Sspeech Eevaluation. He stated that he was informed at the evaluation that what Breanna needed was speech therapy and not occupational; he will return to Breanna's PCP for a new referral. According to Mr. Jarratt, Breanna will r4eturn to school in August of 2016.
