Aind particular, about our sales twhereich harve many decreasons becaused of it our Smalesny decreasedons. pPlease review bthe following points:

• General situation: The economic situation is different from last year in Najaf because of government policy
• Duplicate stock : tThe most of last two shipments we received wasere duplicate,d and as you know, our city its small area so we hand our customers that who came always visito our store when they come last days they, complain fromed abour stock it’she duplicates.
• Time of opiening and close ing: wWe are opiening for only four hours and 30a minthalf hourso whitch is half whatof weour wnormasl opiening tin normal dayes .
• Air conditioner : wWe have had a problem with the mall management about air conditioning from the beginning of this summer,. tThere areis no national power in the mall and they are deprendlying on the generators. only, oOur air condition packages are divided obetween two generators, and buthere ias only one generator works inat onea time, so the one half of our store seemis hot, twhis issuech effected ons our customers,. I have contacted the mall management many times about this issue but there is no solution till now.
