Craigslist: Gay Male looking for a room to rent

My name is Nick,. I just got a new job in Los Angeles, and I'm looking for a room to rent in the Washington, DC -Metro area.; Wwalking distance to metro is a must for me because I won't have a car with mere when I move to DC. I will work 8-5 and off on weekends.

I'm 30 years old and I've lived in Washington,DC, and also graduated from college in DC as well, so I know the city pretty well. I don't smoke or drink. I don't bring people over much.; Mmaybe once in a while for a dinner or movie night, but I usually go out. I love to eat out and try new restaurants in the city. I'm easygoing and I'll respect your space. I'm not looking for a best friend roommate,; it would be nice to hang out with you sometimes, like to watch a tv show on Hulu together. I have Apple TV and I love it!

I was supposed to adopt an English Bulldog puppy, but I just got an offer for the job in Washington, DC, so I am looking for a place that accepts pets because i still want to adopt a puppy. I am totally cool if you have dogs, but I am allergic to cats.
