I, CPS investigator, Sharrai Benavides, spoke with Mr. Kettlewell today. Mr. Kettlewell stated that he is baby Brookllyn's great -grandfather. He stated that he stated that he sees the family almost every day and that sthe baby looks wonderful. Mr. Kettlewell stated that he believes they have enough food in the home for the baby. He also stated that he has never noticed any marks or bruises on the baby. Mr. Kettlewell stated that no drugs or alcohol are being used in the home. If he suspected abuse or neglect, Mr. Kettlewell would contact CPS or law enforcement.
