Since I’ve been in the Carlsbad Apple Store the team has meet me with amazingly open arms. In the short period of time that I’ve been here I feel more at home thean I did in the whole two years at North County location. I find that peers at this location are more openly supportive and helpingful! Since being in this location Mmy management team has also noticed me multiple times and even picked me out to get a Rreward for going above and beyond this quarter. It’s has been noted in manager emails and Mmanagers have walked up and apprtoach me, wgithving me compleiments from overheard interactions with customers or positive remarks for my language used and composure for handling heated customer situations. The atmosphere at Carlsbad is so different and, even at moments, infectious. The recognition is something that was sorely missed at the North County location by management and I’m grateful anytime a peer or manager notice and provides recondition for growth! Since being in this location I have helped two F.R.S.’s shadow and have provided coverage in light bar scenarios and call off situations at the bar. I’m here to be a team player and hopefully it shows. The team has adopted me pretty quickly and I’m very happy to call the Carlsbad Apple store my new Apple Family!
