1. As per PRT management requirement, please find the attachment which is the updated ITT package for your usage during daily procurement work. Since the section 3(technical requirement) and section 5 pro-forma contract will be varied case by case, please complete these two sections based on end user department request and procurement actual situation. The revised ITT is including the following changes:

1) ITT validity period will be 180 days, while the bid bond will be 210 days;
2) Contract award strategy(partially or wholly);
3) The quotation format for Iraq local and outside supplier;
4) Estimated contract workload and quantity related article;
5) Both ITT and bidders’ proposal shall be company’s property, it shall be company sole discretion to dispose after bid closing date;
6) New HSE questionnaire;

Some articles with highlight Yellow format shall be paid more attention to and have it finalized based on actual situation by procurement staff.

Meanwhile, pursuant to my mail dated August 23, 2016 with regard to standard contract template, when you prepare the ITT document, if there is any purchase order/service orders needed to be issued by the company after contract is in effective, the contract standard template with either long term and master shall be adopted.

Please be informed that we have completed the Price Evaluation for Piping & Pipeline for BU South Area Water Injection System (ITT No. CMIT-PRT-10.30-150256). The results show that the one qualified bidder named Vallourec Middle East, FZE has proposed a price of US $ 12,810,474.59 which is 28% (twenty-eight percent) higher than the Purchase Request estimated value of US $10,000,000.
