In my own words, mental health is a way of living, or a feeling, how you deal with something compared to others. Mental health is very important in everyday life.
To answer the question, do I feel psychotropic drugs are necessary to restore mental health, No. I do not think in all cases that these drugs can be helpful. However, I feel this would depend on the person who is to take the “drugs.”. Personally, I would always rather find a more natural source for finding a solution to a problem, versus taking something made in a lab.
