We have submitted our invoice to your side on the date mentioned date as above due to new requirements for the ‘Contract of Project’ required at Canon. tThe payment has been delayed for three months and has finally have been submitted to the finance department on 30th July 2016, which iwas after the cutoff date as per the Canon finance system. and wWe were advised that the payment canould be released after 60 days, which is only at the end of October only.

Therefore, we would like to seek your kind consideration to release the payment earlier instead of the end of October, as this matter has already been delay quited a long time and we also need to fulfill our obligation to our supplier’s.
