Before I visited Jill I was smoking pot day and night, depressed, drinking and a very angry person. I also was suffering from grief after losing my wife and mother within four days of each other.
I started smoking pot when I was 13 years old and I was now 57 years old, that’s 44 years. I had three suppliers so I would never be without pot. The last five years it got really bad, I was smoking every morning, in my company vehicle, risking my job, before dinner, after dinner and throughout the evening. A million times I tried to cut back telling myself that the next time I bouyght pot that I’m was going to just smoke on the weekends. It never worked. aAs soon as I got the pot, my routine started all over again.
Jill was my savior. sShe instructed me that I needed to go home immediately and disposed of all of my pot and paraphernalia. Everything she said, otherwise your surely will be tempted andto relapse and Ishe wioulld not be able to help youme with myour head in a fog.
Two weeks later I went through heavy withdrawals. I had not slept for 3three days and when I finally did sleep my dreams wasere so vivid I woke myself up screaming and swinging my fist. I actually thought I was going to die.
The next few weeks Jill got me to open up and vent all of my pain and anger. I was amazed how she always picked up on my mood and body language during these sessions. I also learned and accepted that I suffer from an addiction. I cannot smoke a single puff because the cycle will start all over again.
I have been sober for six months now. I meditate, I’m happy and have gotten back my life. I’m in the best spot I’ve been in years. The focus and attention I received from Jill has been life changing.
