Leadership is to set inspiring vision, set directions, create new ideas, and mapping off ideas where to go. Leadership is different things, for different people, and for different situations. It motivates, manages, coaches, and creates vision and puts it to work. Vision should be realistic and convincing, cofncerning whatever you want in the future. It should hencompavess ability to motivate people that helps them deliver that vision. It is like leading your classmates and motivateing them to strive to be better. It will help me to direct myself to finish my vision, just like what I am doing now.
