The CW discussed the family grieving process that they are having daily and which concerns her daughter Maria. Mother feels like Maria needs someone else (besides her mother) to talk to about her feelings other than her mother and help with her coping. Mother acknowledges her personal need for grief but wants to be continue supporting her children. CW asked Maria what she thought about the situation. Maria stated she didn’t have much to say, but she worries about her mother and siblings. She feels supportived by her teacher at school and by her aunt. CW asked Maria about her grades. Maria stated that she was doing well and completes her assignments, although at times she doesn’t feel like going to school.
