Mom had Mmacular Ddegeneration and had a couple of strokes, one before Dad died, and then one in June twhat kind ofch left her left leg without full movement. She was in the hospital for a few weeks and then went to rehab at Stonehenge. At Stonehenge she improved a slitghtle bity, but then started to level out and. Stonehenge couldn't keep her anymore, maybe for insurance perheapsons, so they had to let her go. But she was not in any shape to go home and be alone so we had to put her in a care facility. So we contacted SummerField care facility in August were she wastayed for three months. Her eyesight got worse at SummerField and, at first, she was going down to eat and said the food was good. Then she was saying the food wasn't good. Then she didn't want to go down to the dinning room because she didn't have a ride back to the room. She was on hospice, and they checked her out Friday and her vitals were normal. Not being able to see was the downfall and I think she just gave up.
