To me, it means building up everyone around you so that the "weakest link" isn't actually weak at all. It's a very team -like mentality. I've been a coach, on and off, for several years, so what I think I bring to the table is the ability to teach but also to learn from others around me. Also, I can pretty much find a creative way to do anything.
