In Document 4, President Woodrow Wilson made a speech, addressing Congress to request a declareation of war on Germany. People gotwere scared of the possibility of invasion and the attacks that Germany dinflicted. They didn’t feel safe, so President Wilson thought the only way to bring peace and safety was to declare war against Germany. We went to war and helped the Allied Powers.
