This paper first introduced real time big data stream mining systems, and issuesd the challenges that these systems are facing too, then, after describing the necessity of architecting these systems in a distributed manner, by surveying the works dealing with building, adapting and managing topology of classifiers and elaborating the most important paper in this area, issues the limitations of these approaches specifically in the next generation of communication and technology. At the end, the paper explains the generality of its solution, for configuring topology of classifiers to overcome these limitations.
