I bought this phone and its haves an issue from the factory ,. tThe touch screen doesn't work well. iI havem contacrting you and ytou give you two options: r

1. Replace it with new one, or r
2. Refiund it and bothI requce me towill send the phone back to aAmazon and, twhisch will cost me shipping fees around $93. and i

If iI keept the phone, i lost $145 on a non -working phone
and; if iI return the phone, it's means ithat I will get back only $32$ ofrom the $140 i haveI spent on this phone.
