During our last staff development, you emphasizeemphasized that some classes do not have enough students, but you will follow the rules from the Board of Education. I reviewreviewed the contract, and it remarks that that same rules apply the same toto the day school. Besides, you said that you answer every email, but I wrote on Monday, and I explained to you that I have seniority over Mr. Y, but I did not receive any response to my email.



You selected a teacher who is missing the priority in our contract, seniority in the program, and retention right for the summer.



According to the teacher's contract, I have retention right and seniority for the position as a teacher.
