This scholarship will help me, because this will be a step toward my goal to payof paying for college. I believe that education should be free, or at a reasonable pricerate that students can afford, but intountil then, scholarships are a way for me to pay for my college education. Another reason this scholarship will help me is that it will be a step toward memy not being in debt. In college, somemany students have to take loans, and this can put youputs them in debt, loans. Loans can add up and double, causing you to pay a lot of money, even when you finish with your college education. For example, Whenwhen my mother went to college, she had to take out loans, and today sheshe's still paying themthose loans and she. She can not do what she wantwants freely, because sheshe's still trying to get out of her debt. I do not want to be in debt and have, or to take out loans just soto I can get aan education, and then afterafterward, have to pay thousands of dollars back, because iI could not afford my education.
