However, Inin the future, it is important to be aware that it is kind toexpected that you will be considerate of other members who also made reservations and atin advance. Your late returns late causescause an inconvenience for yourself as well as other members.

Zipcar's goal is to make car sharing easier, faster, and better, with the help of all members following our policy. Zip car does provide an option to avoid any late fee and a future, which is called Extending reservation.
It is to my concern that you also complainI am also concerned regarding your complaint that you would chargewere charged for 5 hours and only useused 4 hours of your reservation,; I apologize. There will be an adjustment rate for thatthis inconvenience.
