Globally there are two billion of people either obese or overweight based on data from the World Health organization (WHO) (1). The obesityObesity is a risk factor for asthma , the appearance of both of these conditions in one individual resultresulting in a distinct condition compared to none-obesenon-obese patients (2). In a meta-analysis carried out by Su et al (2016) that included 117,548 asthma patients compared with 443,948 non-asthma controls, the distribution rate of obesity is significantly increaseincreased in asthma patients in comparison with non-asthmatic controls (odds ratio (OR) was 1.51 : [95 % CI] was [1.14 : 2.01]01]).
