I also want to remind you that your manufacturer home must be in good condition and in good repairedrepair at all time. That includes decks, stairs, windows, and blinds. Skirting must be closeclosed at all times. Please replace or repair any broken sheets from the skirting.
Residents that have an extra storage must removed the ASAP. Nothing should be accumulated on the sides of the manufacturer homes. Decks must be clear at all times. You are only allowed to have patio furniture, and it must be in good repair. Toys, bikes, and tools must be storestored away when donefinished using.

If anything mentioned in this letter applies to you, please take Immediateimmediate action. You have 3 days to comply with the city and park regulations. If Gailyou fail to comply, you will be given an worming anda warning which might lead to an eviction.
