You know when you made the comment about when you became a manager FROM a route driver yourdriver? Your heart was in it, and caresyou cared about the drivers a lot, not only for the work they donedid but as a person also. I have said for years that’s what kind of person it takes to do any management job at canteenCanteen bc it’s A LOT, and I’ve always thoughtnoticed every time watchingthat the people that came into those positions from off the street never work out never, and they’re a different breed. butBut no one would ever apply for those titles back then bc they made way more on a route, and I always heard that from several different people, including myself. Which I’ve always wanted to also, and I think the pay actually went up. butBut I just wanted to say that I meant to ingo there, but something was said, and it left my mind. That is what it takes.
