I am a Lawful Permanent Residentlawful permanent resident and I am writing to confirm that I have known Hesa since July 2016 when he and Rusu attended my marriagewedding and then after when he moved in to Rusu’s apartment atin the same building. In the summer of 2016, Hesaand Rusu got married, taking up residence together in the same apartment. My wife and I socialized with them on multiple occasions. We have gone out to dinner and had several BBQs.

Hesa and Rusu have remained our friends since.

We even helped them movingmove their furniture to paint their bedroom. They appear to be in love and happier than ever. I anticipate their marriage will remain a lifetime commitment.
