I am writing to you regarding our ad accounts.
Alan is a TV channel which is based in London and targets Arabic audienceaudiences worldwide. We publish mainly news and political content. We have a credit line with you of up to 50 K in Dollardollars.
We are unable to be authorised to run political ads because we are based in London and our ad accounts are in Dollardollars.
Please see the below message that we received when we tried to add our ad accounts:
"Your ad account must be located in the country where you're authorized to run ads related to politics or issues of importance. Also, the payment currency for your ad must match the authorized country."
We need your help by changing our credit line to be in GBP or to add our ad accounts.
