Therefore, we like towould request you foryour your kind approval for allocating the space/Roomspace/room in the Applied Science Building (ASB) of the Faculty of Engineering & Technology in establishing a new Laboratory for the Research Scholar/Students/Faculty members of our Department of Chemistry.
We strongly believe that this laboratory set upset-up with the Gaussian is going to be a valuable assetsasset for the scientific community at the campus.
For this, we have Identifiedidentified Room No. xx of the Applied Science Building. For your kind perusal, that thisThis room is the small part (a corner) of the DeanDean's office which came ininto existence after the partition and renovation of the Officeoffice.
Moreover, if this space is allotted to us to establishedestablish the research laboratory, it will not cause any obstruction into the activities of the DeanDean's Office. Since this roomIt is completely separate and it is not being used byfor official purposes.
