Established in 1982, David Lloyd is a Hertfordshire based health and fitness company, providing their members' health and fitness memberships currently operating 99 clubs in the United Kingdom as well as 15 in Europe in Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, and Ireland.
• Coordinated training for new staff as well as providing supervision during shifts done on previous training and experience in customer services.
• Delivered temporary cover during the absence of senior management and department manager. Fit-out the role of department manager during the absence of department manager and making sure all orders are being placed, sales are being met, and new staff is being trained.
• Established training for staff in upselling and customer communication to determine if the substantial margins are being met as well as substantial growth of the company.
• Supervised as a leading member and duty manager maintaining exceptional member experience across the club with active problem solving, customer complaint solutions, and understanding needs of the customer to improve the overall customer experience of the member at David Lloyd Clubs.
