One of the most common phasesphrases that younger generations hear again and again from older generations is “back in my day…” Although back in their days itday may have been labeled the golden years, change can indeed be good. Technology is constantly changing, causing its users to change right with it. But in some cases, this can be bad. Technology has not only changed its users but also society's social normalitiesnorms. While texting and social media make life easier, they have also have changed how people communicate within society,: students struggle with writing due to the increase of abbreviations and slang, more individuals talk about their personal lives, and face to face communication is an absolute struggle in today's society.
