WithIn reference to the above subject matter, references of email and our MAS submittals with SLD drawings for Balancing Tank pump control panel, we would like to notify you that we are complying with all of the points given in the prime scope of workswork, as per Tender Documents, where no points were mentioned regarding SCADA and Instrument control operation system.

As per the scope in the prime document, it is mentioned that the new proposed control panel towill be connected with the existing panel at Dibba STP.

Kindly note that we weredid not received withreceive Haya’s Latestlatest specification - AM-ENG-SS-04-06 Rev 3 during the bidding stage, and hence we followed only the prime document for scope of work to offer a suitable control panel for the balancing tank pumping system in line with the operating conditions of existing Main Control Panel at the site.

Based on the site conditions, the existing main control panel does not have a provision for SCADA or any instruments pertaining to the current requirement for this project. Also, according to the project scope, the electrical requirement is only for connecting the blowers, pumps & Odorand odor control unit where the proposed panel is a local control panel and not the main control panel for the existing plant.









Therefore, based on the above clarification, Wewe request you to revoke the application of Haya’s latest specification - AM-ENG-SS-04-06 Rev 3 on electrical design criteria for this project and, treat this project as an additional requirement asand a minor project for the existing Treatment Plant and approve the MAS documents and drawings for completingto complete the project on time.
