First, we would like to “thank you” for being a loyal and valued customer.
Rest assured, we will continue to provide you with the best quality service available in your area, and we shall always be available to assist you 24/7.

We hope you understand that since 2018 we have been absorbing the following
overall…overall:
- Taxes
- City S.F. paid sick leave, mandated benefits
- Liability insurance / workman’s compensation insurance
- Cost of living wages, mandated hourly pay
- Supply and material costs

We are forced to increase service rates from
$24-26.00 amount$24 to $26 per hour commencing (February 2020). Even with all the increases we have had to endure, we are dedicated to keeping your service rate as low as possible. We appreciate your understanding and your loyalty.

Again, we want to thank you for being a great
customer…customer.
It has been a pleasure to serve you in the past, and we look forward to doing business with you in the future.
