We as the Classical Academy of the Permian Basin PTO are wittingwriting to ask for permission to have fundraisers for the fall school year of 2020-2021. DoDue to the COVID virus, many fundraising companyscompanies are requesting letters of approval from our district. Before we are able to move forward and set dates with them. We, we know the importance of keeping our students safe. Therefore, we have found a few companyscompanies who are doing fundraising online this year. Students will not have to sell items in person. All sellsselling will be done online and sent to directly to the buyer.
Fundraising is important to our PTO. We use these funds to provide extra needs to our teachers, staff, and students. These funds also help to provide activities for our students, like our school dance at the end of the school year. Our teachers, staff, and students look forward to all our activities. Without these funds everyone who benefits from them would miss out on so much.
This year our PTO will hopefully be providing more Chrome books, bumpers and screen protectors for the Chrome books. We, as the PTO, think itsit's important that all our students have the correct equipment for school. We are hoping that our fundraising this year can provide these necessary objectsitems for our school.
