Dear Mr. Wong,

I am writing to express my concern
onregarding the increasing number of applications from self-employed persons I am assigned to.

At this moment, I am concurrently working on 4 applications involving self-employed applicants who all possess business registration certificates.

To the best of my knowledge, not many vetting officers (VOs)
need to concurrently handle 4 or abovemore applications from self-employed persons. Please correct me if I weream wrong.

I am of the belief that most of the VOs would agree that cases of self-employed applicants are usually more complicated and involve
a large amount of documents. They require vetting officers to spend a lot more time on studying the information and communicating with self-employed applicants. Just take one of my applications as an example,; it contains more than 250 pages of documents to read. However, in order to process the application, the applicant is still required to provide more documents.

While it is my responsibility to spare no effort on my work and
to ensure my output meets the organizational target, concurrently handling the increasing amount of ( so many ) applications for self-employed persons would be overwhelming. The amount of workload would make me feel very stressfulstressed and the quality of work I deliver would inevitably drop under such a circumstancecircumstances.

In view of this, I would like to ask if it is possible to assign the coming new applications to other VOs who receive fewer applications from self-employed persons in the next 2 months?

Thank you very much.

Best regards,
Peter Tam
