On May,1, Tuesday, May 1, 2018 , I was working fromthe 06:10 AmAM to 02:15 PM tour. I was assigned to the bus unit. at approx.At approximately 10:52 AM., I was posted on the west side on broadwayof Broadway, 20 feet south of warren street PatrolWarren Street. My patrol was on foot and stationary on foot, with a clear and unobstructed view of all traffic on broadwayBroadway as it approached me. I observed a 2010 white dodge2010 Dodge with myan NY plate driving in the bus lane between chambers streetChambers Street and warren streetWarren Street.



When the motoristsmotorist's vehicle got intoreached my location, I pulled the motorist over to a safe location ofon the roadway. The motorist produced aan NYS class Dclass-D picture license bearing the name: .....I compared the picture on the license to the motoristmotorist's face and was satisfied that they were one and the same. I explained the reason for the stop . Upon requested for required documentWhen I asked the motorist failed to produce a valid insinsurance card, they failed to do so.
