This year was very challenging from different points of view, but I believe that I was able to reach the majority of the goals. Due to the pandemic, I got to improve my leading skills from a distance, and I learned how to support my team in a virtual environment. In my new role I was able to establish good relationshiprelationships with the team members and gather their trust. I also extended my knowledge of CSC activities through the real processing of tasks and supporting BENE market. TeamThe team is stabilized and in front of me is definea defined final scope and design of my new team. InAt the same time, I started to participate on the Ariba Cloud project and I specifically supported supplier migration, training preparation and coordination. . I focused myself to gather a general overview about different feature bundles and actively support them, and be also be the point of contact in case of critical issues. I was mainly focused to coordinate and support different teams and team members and ensure that deadlines for EMEA are met. This year I also supported alsothe Jabil and Kelly Services project. I also continue to coach and have regular meetings with coacheetrainees.
