In reference to the rdo swap for December 10th that was previously approved; I have already made plans and have a family event to attend... I’ve already made arrangements due to my vacation time already being denied. Also, in reference to the shift swap, I was told it would start on January 2, 2021, and I have events planned on my off days being on b2’s shift. With that being said, I can’t back out on the things that I’ve already worked around and prepaid for. I shouldn’t have to cancel and attempt to rearrange everything again. It’s honestly very inconvenient and unfair, especially since I can’t get any of the time I’ve put in two months prior. I have been flexible with swapping shifts.
