I write on behalf of my mother who iswas a patient in the Intensive Care Unit at Harnett Medical Center from January 2nd to January 10th of this year. whileWhile staying in the hospital, one of the cleaning staff accidentally throwedthrew her hearing aid in the garbage. The nurse manager and I see you waswere telling me that I should contact you about getting the hearing aid replaced. The nurse manager also has told me that the hospital would pay for the replacement.

pleasePlease send me the necessary forms so that I can begin this process soonas soon as possible because my mother will have great difficulty hearing without her hearing aid.
