Good Morning Mr. Tan,

I am Sara Matsubara and I am a student at UWCSEA East interning at Wild Honey during the summer. I am very grateful to be given this opportunity and I understand that we are all going through difficult times right now, but I will try my best to be of some sort of helpassistance while I am at Wild Honey.

I am writing this email to you regarding my internship schedule (both day and time). The internship would take place some time between 20 June 20th to 14thand 14 August, but I would like to know if you have some preferences on the days or timings for me that Ito come in for the internship. If possible, I would like to start early July - such as 4 July 4th- but I am flexible and I hope we can contact each other to decide on a specific date and the number of hours.

There is no rush for this, but it would be greatly appreciated if you could suggest some days which I would be able to come in for my internship.
