During thisThis year, my efforts have been to better understand the team and integrate well with the teamthem. Despite the initial difficulties, I now have a more comprehensive outlook . My past experience has enabled me to implement a luxury service towithin a younger and less experienced team and to encourage them to see the results and positive outcome that distinguishes one brand from the other through excellent customer care and as a brand ambassador that can make a difference. Our job .is to Engagingengage new customers and introducingintroduce them to the fascinating Fendi heritage of fur and exotic handbags, guiding them into a unique and personal journey, through story telling and a luxury experience. My main goal for next year is to reinforce the team’s strength and collaboration. I would like to be more proactive and independent in my role, slowly detaching myself from alleverything that the CAs could do independently, and dedicating myself more to the activities that are associated towith my role .
