Hereunder, I am sharing feedback from today’s mission for the 13th of July 2022 to Bent Jbeil.

BoB_20 – Nizam Trading Kfardounin – Bent Jbeil
• The coordinates are not accurate and need to be improved, but the branch is easily located, which is near the Kfardounin Pharmacy
• • The BoB owner was trained well;. Thanks to @Zeinab HUSSEIN for supporting us with the protection training.
• The owner doesn’t have a clear idea about the whole process and the benefits provided to him;, e.g., he asks about the exchange rate and how he can he exchange dollars to LBP to give the beneficiaries the right amount without any loss for him
• The MTO Assessment Form was submitted

BoB_13 Boussi Cell – Bent Jbeil
• BoB’s manager was trained, and he will share the training with the other staff
• No clear idea about the whole process as well
• The MTO Assessment Form was submitted
