As a future best teacher, my first aim is to reach all students that admitare admitted to my class. FamiliarityBecoming familiar with the students is a very tough job for the purpose of developing a good relationship with them is a very tough job. I try my levelvery best to remember my all students’ names to continue this rapport forin the long term. As you know very well, mostlyknow, class time is not enough to learn more about the student’sstudents’ interests, timetables, and unusual situations (family backgroundbackgrounds and experiences). So, forFor this reason, I always make myself make available outside the classroom, toso students can meet me any time, but only in myduring office hours.
The instructorsInstructors need to understand that where their students arestand culturally and intellectually stands, in comparison to othertheir peers in the classroom. I believedbelieve that the success of thea learning experience is only achievedsuccessful when a student creates interactionstudents interact with one another. That’s why I always prefer my students to interact freely while they learninglearn through play. I also believe that not all the students learn in the same pitchway, and itsit's very important for the instructor to find the students' strengths and efficiently use them. I always try to prepare my lecturelectures according to theirmy students' strengths for the sake of a successful learning experience.
