Since 2012 he has been the co-founder and Master Brewer of Two Roads Brewing Co. Around the globe Phil is well known for his impressive beer knowledge and his great ability to come up with new styles of beer. He is the author behind Farmhouse Ales, the best guide to brew Saison Beer and Biere de Garde.
